The deeper company process is priced individually after we understand the current atmosphere, company size, leadership needs, team dynamics, and desired transformation outcome.
This first phase may include:
- preparation and orientation with the CEO / founder / leadership
- interviews or reflection calls
- sensing the current company atmosphere
- looking at the creative process, communication flow, and team dynamics
- worksheets or guided questions for leaders and/or team members
- observing where trust, pressure, clarity, responsibility, or creative energy may be blocked
- identifying what kind of team-building or transformation process would be most supportive
- creating a first transformation map and suggested next steps
- preparing a tailored proposal for the deeper company process
